Thrikkakara constructions started functioning from June 1997. The brain and techniques behind this project is that of a group of committed, dedicated, and talented technical graduates [R.Vishwanathan Achary (Retired Dep. Chief Engineer, K.S.E.B), V.Inesh B.Arch, Bijo Isaac B.Tech ]. Its maiden venture is the prestigious 'Toll gate building' of the Cochin Port Trust, at the south end of Bristow Road.
